Jess Taylor - Creative Consultancy Founder
Welcome
Supporting people, organisations and partnerships to work with change, challenge and uncertainty with courage, compassion and curiosity.
I support people, organisations and partnerships to navigate change, challenge and uncertainty with courage, compassion and curiosity.
Whether through supervision, coaching, organisational development, research or shared learning, I create reflective spaces to pause, think together and focus on what matters.
There are times in our lives and work when we need to slow down, step back from everyday pressures, make sense of what is happening and reconnect with ourselves, others and what matters most.
In my experience, meaningful change does not begin with having all the answers, but through reflection, curiosity and constructive challenge, opening us to new perspectives and possibilities.
Whether I am working with an individual, leadership team or partnership, my role is to create thoughtful and compassionate spaces where people can explore different perspectives, challenge assumptions and turn learning and insight into meaningful action.
I believe meaningful change is co-created. Whether we are reflecting on our own practice, strengthening a team, developing an organisation or working towards wider systems change, lasting change grows through our connections with others and relationships built on trust, honesty and care.
Working with me is an investment in these relationships, in shared learning and in creating meaningful, sustainable change.
If this way of working resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
How I work
My work is based on a simple belief: we are all connected.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: we are all connected – to ourselves, each other, our communities and the more-than-human world. These relationships shape our experiences, well-being and how we navigate change.
This belief informs how I work, bringing together relational and trauma-informed approaches, Gestalt, systems thinking and intersectional feminist values-in-action.
Together, we explore what is happening for you, in your relationships and the wider context around you, recognising that lasting change grows through inquiry, reflection, action and learning together.
My values
My work is guided by:
Compassion and courage
Curiosity and learning
Equity, inclusion and social justice
Relational and trauma-informed practice
Creativity and connection
Collective care and lasting change
Our connection with each other and the natural world
