Coaching & Supervision
Coaching
Coaching offers a space to pause, reflect and explore what matters most to you. Whether you are navigating change, developing your leadership, exploring a new direction or reconnecting with your values, coaching provides time to think with curiosity, creativity and intention.
My approach is relational, strengths-based and systemic. Rather than offering solutions, I work alongside you to explore your own wisdom, helping you notice patterns, uncover possibilities and move towards what feels meaningful.
I enjoy working creatively and may draw on approaches such as systemic mapping, constellations, reflective questions, poetry, drawing, making and nature. These practices can open new perspectives, deepen reflection and help us access insights that thinking alone may not always reveal.
Together, we might explore:
Values, purpose and direction
Leadership and professional development
Identity, confidence and belonging
Navigating change and uncertainty
Relationships and decision-making
Creativity, imagination and possibility
Our work is always trauma-informed and guided by what feels safe, useful and meaningful for you. The pace and direction are shaped collaboratively, creating a space where insight, confidence and growth can emerge.

Supervision & Reflective Practice
Supervision offers a reflective space to slow down, think deeply and strengthen your practice. It supports practitioners, leaders and professionals to make sense of the complexities of their work, develop greater self-awareness and sustain themselves in challenging roles.
My supervision practice is relational, humanistic and trauma-informed. I see supervision as a collaborative process that balances support with thoughtful challenge, creating space to reflect on practice, relationships, ethical dilemmas and professional identity.
An important part of my approach is working with embodiment. Our bodies often notice and respond before we find the words. Gently paying attention to sensations, emotions and embodied responses can offer valuable insights into ourselves, our work and the relationships we hold. This is always guided by you, your pace and what feels supportive.
Supervision may include exploring:
Professional practice and identity
Complex situations and decision-making
Emotional responses and resilience
Power, privilege and wider systems
Relationships with clients, colleagues and organisations
Developing compassionate, inclusive and sustainable practice
I bring together my experience in therapeutic practice, coaching and organisational development to create a space where complexity can be explored with curiosity, honesty and care, supporting you to continue growing both personally and professionally.
